A free replacement is offered only if the product arrives damaged, leaking, or if a wrong item was delivered. Raise the request within 72 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. How often should I oil my hair?

For thinning or damaged hair: 3 times a week, left overnight. For maintenance: once a week is enough. Massage for 5 minutes with fingertips (not nails) for maximum absorption.
