Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of cost within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been dispatched.

After 24 hours, or once the parcel is handed to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door, but repeated refusals may disable COD for your number.

Prepaid cancellations approved within the 24-hour window are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
