Replacement Policy
Free replacement only for damaged, leaking, or wrongly delivered products, reported within 72 hours of delivery.
A free replacement is offered only if the product arrives damaged, leaking, or if a wrong item was delivered. Raise the request within 72 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. Opened or used products are not eligible.
How to raise a request: send us your order number along with a clear photo or unboxing video of the parcel and product. We approve eligible requests within 24 hours and arrange the replacement shipment free of cost.
Because these are personal care products, opened, used, or partially consumed items are not eligible, and neither are reasons such as change of mind, fragrance preference, or expected results.
Once your claim passes a quick quality check, a fresh replacement is dispatched at no extra charge.
